Who we are
We are the data controller for the personal data you submit through alexandragate.london. For any question about your data, or to exercise the rights set out below, contact us at privacy@alexandragate.london.
We are an independent marketing partner appointed by the developer. This is not the developer’s official website.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, and the country code you selected.
- Your answers to the qualification questions: budget range, purchase timeline, payment method and whether you plan to visit.
- Technical and marketing data: IP address, browser user agent, the page you arrived on, the referring page and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid).
- The date and time of your enquiry, and which consents you gave.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We use your data to respond to your enquiry with prices, availability and floor plans, and to pass it to the developer and its appointed sales agents so they can prepare an offer for you. Our legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the two boxes on the form. Campaign parameters are used to measure which advertising brought your enquiry.
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@alexandragate.london. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
Who receives your data
- The developer of the development you enquired about, and the sales agents it has appointed — this is what the second consent checkbox covers. Without it we cannot pass your enquiry on, and you will not receive a price offer.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf on servers located in the United Kingdom.
We do not sell your data to anyone else, and we do not use it for any development other than the one you enquired about.
Where your data is held
Enquiries are processed and stored on servers in the United Kingdom. Where a recipient is outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for 24 months from the date you submit it, after which it is deleted. We keep a record of the consent you gave, including its version, for the same period, so that we can evidence it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email privacy@alexandragate.london — we respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Campaign parameters are held in your browser’s session storage for the length of your visit so that the enquiry form can record where you came from; they are cleared when you close the tab.
